business make this an exciting and eclectic area. DEMOGRAPHICS:
Travis is a uniquely diversified community composed of people with different
socio-economic and educational backgrounds. The neighborhood is 71% Anglo and 29%
Hispanic. The school population is 56% Hispanic, 39% Anglo, 4% African American and 1%
Asian. The student body of 638 students (K-5th) is distributed among 30 classroom
teachers.

REGISTRATION:
It is necessary to have the following items in order to register for
school:
1. Proof of residence - (light bill)
2. Certified Copy of birth certificate or card
3. Report card or transcript from last school
4. Withdrawal sheet from previous school establishing clear record if enrolled during
school year
5. Guardianship papers if the student is residing with someone other than the parent
VANGUARD REGISTRATION:
All of the above plus testing for acceptance.
