It is necessary to have the following items in order to
register for school:
1. Proof of residence -
(light bill)
2. Certified Copy of birth
certificate or card
3. Social Security Card4.
Shot Record
5. Report card or transcript
from last school
6. Withdrawal sheet from
previous school establishing
clear record if enrolled
during school year.
7. Guardianship papers if
the student is residing with
someone other than the
parent.
8. Transfer (If not in
Travis School Zone)

pre-register for the
2008-2009 school year,
bring the following
original documents:
1. Child’s birth
Certificate
2.
Light bill/lease—these

residence accepted

Child’s immunization
record
Child’s social security
card
Parents may bring their
PK or Kinder student
with them as all are
invited to participate
in outdoor centers with
our students.
Beginning April 1st,
you are welcome to come
in to pre-resister and
complete forms. Hours
are 8:00AM-9:30AM.and
1:00PM-3:00PM.
